We are now offering a Renovation, Builder's Risk and Vacant Properties program for commercial and residential. Policies would be issued at one, three and six month terms. All counties in Florida are eligible. Wind is included with a flat deductible of $2,500. Frame construction is eligible. Maximum property limits are $1,000,000, maximum liability limits are $1,000,000 / $2,000,000. Commission is 12%.
